La Tap Room Series nasce dall'idea che la birra deve essere “patrimonio di tutti”.

Gustata, assaporata, assaggiata, degustata. Insomma, bevuta in tutte le sue forme. La Tap Room Series è una linea che sposa il concetto di semplicità e qualità.

Le birre di questa linea sono birre semplici, dai sapori immediati che comunicano l'amore e la passione che il birraio mette in quello che fa.

 The Tap Room Series was born from the idea that the beer has to be "heritage of all". 

Enjoyed, savored, tasted. In short, drunk in all its forms. The Tap Room Series is a line that
combines the concept of simplicity and quality.

The beers of this line are simple beers, with immediate flavors that communicate the love and
passion that the brewer puts in what he does.

SEASONAL SERIES

Una birra può rappresentare tante cose. Pur non essendo un prodotto strettamente connesso alla cultura e alla storia del nostro territorio, con la Seasonal Series, il birraio cerca di creare “legami” con le
sue radici e con il periodo dell'anno in cui la birra è brassata. 

Ingredienti e profumi del territorio fanno da cornice a birre importanti, con sapori e profumi decisi.

Questa linea è in continua evoluzione, per rendere omaggio allo scorrere del tempo, alle stagioni, all'amore per i frutti della terra.

A beer can represent so many things. Even though it is not a typical product of our culture and our land, through the Seasonal Series, the brewer tries to make “connections” with his origins and the time of year in which the beer is
brewed. 

Ingredients and aromas of our territory are the
setting for important beers with strong tastes and scents.

This constantly evolving line honours the passing of time, seasons, love, and the fruits of the earth.

SUPERTRAMP SERIES

La nostra linea Supertramp nasce con la logica di “spingerci al limite”...

Ci siamo spinti in un territorio selvaggio, abbiamo sperimentato e scelto di “contaminare” il tutto con ingredienti legati al nostro territorio.  Questa linea è caratterizzata dalla passione che il birraio ha per la sperimentazione e per le “linee di confine”...

Nascono le prime birre di Decimoprimo a fermentazione mista. Fruttate, profumate, colorate e piacevolissime, sono state prodotte per la prima volta nell’estate del 2014.

Le Supertramp sono birre uniche che seguono una numerazione precisa e si arricchiscono di profumi, sentori, intuizioni, rifermentazioni in legno e anni di affinamento.

Our Supertramp line is born with the aim to “push us to the brink”...

We launched ourselves in a wild territory, we made experience and we chose to “contaminate” everything through typical ingredients of our land. The main feature of this line is
the brewer' s love for experimentations and “borderlines”...

That is how the first mixed fermentation beers of
Decimoprimo are born. Fruity, fragrant, coloured, and very enjoyable, these beers were first produced during the summer 2014.

Supertramp beers are unique and have a specific numeration, rich in tastes, aromas, intuitions and wooden refermentations and long-standing ageing.
